2. User Responsibilities

  • Spam Policy: Our "Auto-spread" and "Auto-follow-up" tools must not be used for spamming. You must ensure you have the consent of your guests before adding them to our distribution system.
  • Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The themes, code, and branding of elynk.co are owned by us.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos and personal data you upload. By using our service, you grant elynk.co a license to host and display this content for your invitation.

4. Limitation of Liability

elynk.co is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures in the "Auto-spread" feature due to third-party API issues (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta outages).
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to weak password management.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
